Why AI governance
For eight years I did corporate governance in manufacturing groups and regulated organisations: 180 entities across 35 jurisdictions, restructurings, legal operations, legal technology. Putting in order who decides what, through which route, and what survives the decision on paper.
The spark came during an AI strategy class on my MBA. What I recognised was the shape of the problem: an area of the organisation nobody had put in order yet, with responsibilities unassigned and decisions nobody records. I had spent years doing exactly that, in a different subject.
Then I went and learned the technical half on purpose. Agent architectures and their failure modes. OWASP threat guidance for large language models and for agentic applications. Multi agent design, and how autonomy, tool access and agent to agent calls change the risk picture. Not to build systems myself, but because you cannot write a control for something you cannot picture.
In July 2026 I started my own practice.
What I do differently
I work close to the teams that build AI, not inside a legal function. From there you see what a legal department does not: requirements nobody translated for the teams, and legal opinions written without looking at the system.
That is the job. A requirement written in legal language has to be translated into a system that actually exists, and handed to the team in a form they can build.
I am currently taking an organisation in a regulated sector through preparation for ISO/IEC 42001 certification.
Credentials and qualifications
ISO/IEC 42001:2023 Artificial Intelligence Management System Lead Auditor, BSI Group, 13 June 2026
AI Managers Program, BRAVE Courses, 2025
Master of Business Administration, Akademia WSB, 2025

The Lead Auditor qualification means I know what evidence a certification body looks for, and in what form.
Why one person
I spent years on the buying side, hiring external advisers, sometimes having to choose on price. One thing held regardless of budget: the name on the invoice tells you nothing about who will do the work. I saw basic errors in the work of firms with the best reputations. The quality of the work is set by the person doing it.
You work directly with the person you hired.
